Environmental Film Festival opens in July 26-29 at the Globe Theatre
in Palmerston North. The Festival is packed with New Zealand premieres of
environment-focused films from around the world - twenty-eight films in
all. The films are a thought-provoking mix of shorts and features,
including award winners at international festivals. Festival films
cover a range of topics from wildlife documentary through to
environmental and social justice, screening international independent
films from Austria to the Pacific Islands and Canada to India.Reel Earth opens Thursday 26 July and runs for six unique sessions over four
days. Each session screens over two hours of films, and includes an
interval for tea, coffee, and socialising. Get session tickets ($15/$10)
or pick up a Festival Pass ($60/$40) for the entire weekend's
